Welcome to Ride Ramps! Please read these terms and conditions before using our website or purchasing our skateboard ramps. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Ride Ramps website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Purchase and Payment:
a. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are (legally) able you enter into a commercial agreement.
b. Prices for our products are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made through the available payment methods on our website, including credit card payment options & Paypal.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
a. We currently offer shipping within Australia. Additional charges will apply for shipping.
b. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Ride Ramps is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with third-party carriers.
c. Local pick up is available, by appointment only, please email info@rideramps.com.au to arrange day/time.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
a. Ride Ramps accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
b. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery or receipt.
5. Product Warranty:
a. Ride Ramps offers a one year warranty on our skateboard ramps, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
b. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property:
a. The content on the Ride Ramps website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Ride Ramps.
7. Limitation of Liability:
a. Ride Ramps is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.
b. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Safety and Acceptance of Risk:
a. Always wear full safety equipment when using your Ride Ramp, never use your Ride Ramp in wet or slippery conditions and always follow the safety instructions that may be included with your Ride Ramp or on our website.
b. As with many other items of sporting equipment, the use of Ride Ramps carries some risks and/or dangers, including physical injury that may result in permanent disability or death, and economic loss or damage. By purchasing a Ride Ramp you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks/dangers and will use your Ride Ramp entirely at your own risk.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
